We would like to remind you that New York City businesses are required to post the Notice of Employee Rights for Protected Time Off and the multilingual Know Your Rights at Work poster. Retail employers must also post the Retail Fair Workweek Notice of Rights Poster; fast food employers must post the Fast Food Fair Workweek Notice of Rights Poster.
NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection inspectors are tasked with enforcing these requirements and may ask businesses to show where the relevant disclosures are posted.
