Effective Date: April 20, 2026
1. Membership Tiers and Fees
- (a) Restaurant / Bar / Cafe / Hotel Member: USD 250 per year, per location.
- (b) Product & Service Provider Member: USD 2,000 per year.
- (c) Impact Partner: USD 5000 | USD10,000 | USD20,000 + per year. includes below benefits, plus opportunities for partnership, event sponsorship, and collaboration.
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
2. Billing and Payment
Membership dues are invoiced annually in advance by JFHANY. Payment is due in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, by bank transfer, check, or other offline method specified on the invoice. JFHANY does not collect or store payment card details through the Site. Members are responsible for any bank fees or similar charges associated with their chosen payment method.
3. Term and Renewal
Each membership has a term of one (1) year, beginning on the date the initial payment is received and confirmed by JFHANY. Memberships automatically renew at the then-current rate for successive one (1) year terms unless the member provides written notice of cancellation to info@jfhany.org at least twenty (20) days before the renewal date. JFHANY will issue a renewal invoice at least thirty (30) days in advance of the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time by written notice to info@jfhany.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current term, and no further invoices will be issued for subsequent terms. Refunds, if any, are governed by the JFHANY Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Member Benefits
Benefits are as described on https://jfhany.org/membership/ at the time of enrollment and may include industry news, energy-saving programs, member-only seminars, training, community access, and members-only Site content. JFHANY reserves the right to modify benefits with reasonable notice.
6. Member Conduct
Members agree to follow the JFHANY Terms of Use (including the community conduct rules in Section 6 of the Terms of Use) and all applicable laws. Violation may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
7. Termination by JFHANY
JFHANY may suspend or terminate membership for material breach, unlawful conduct, or non-payment of invoices (including after a reasonable cure period). Except in cases of termination for cause, prorated refunds (if any) are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Sponsorship and Donations
Sponsorship and donation terms are handled separately under written agreement.
9. Taxes
Members are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, except for taxes on JFHANY’s net income.
10. Changes to Terms and Fees
JFHANY may change fees and benefits upon reasonable prior notice. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of New York.
